2023  Ladies Only Golf Invitational

The 2023 Ladies Only Golf Invitational is a multi-day ladies golf tournament that brings women from all over the United States together to play golf in support of our mission.  We provide support and mentoring for young, minority women in pursuit of a professional golf career.  


All onsite participants selecting the condo option will  have their own bedroom and bath in a 3 bedroom condo.  All 1,500 square feet condos feature  kitchen, dining and living space.  There will be 3 sisters per condo, triple occupancy for all units.

Invitational costs include  2 rounds of golf (Arnold Palmer Plantation Course), 3 nights accommodations, welcome reception (complimentary food and drinks), breakfast Day 1 and 2, and dinner awards ceremony.

Tournament Accommodations

Each participant (condo accommodations) has  their own bedroom in a 3-bedroom and 3-bath condo.  All condos feature  kitchen, dining area, fireplace, multiple balconies and living room.  There will be 3 sisters per condo, triple occupancy for all units.


The 3 Bedroom/3 Bath  Condo with 1,500 square feet all have resort views  defined as Golf, tennis or conservation.   





We are pleased to share an option for ground transportation from Richmond International Airport to Kingsmill Resort. Oleta Coach Lines, Inc, an African-American owned company, will accept reservations to transport guests during this year's SAA Invitational. This includes round trips and one-way trips with various modes of transportation.

Event Information



Invitational costs include  2 rounds of golf (Palmer Course), 3 nights accommodations, welcome reception with complimentary food and drinks (2 drink tickets and glow golf), breakfast Day 1 and 2, and awards dinner ceremony. 


Accommodations are for three sisters per 3 bedroom condo.


Resort amenities include  Spa, four onsite restaurants, putting green, driving range, fitness center, tennis/pickle ball courts and indoor as well as outdoor pools.  

  • 3 Bedroom/3 Bath $1099 (Three sisters per 1,500 square foot condo deposit is for 1 bedroom in condo)

  • Resort Room - $949 Resort Suite (Double Occupancy 2 Sisters per 375 square foot resort room)

Non Refundable Deposit required with registration.   Deposit due  on  1/15/23 or until sold out, whichever comes first.  Our last event sold out between 4 and 30 minutes (depending on accommodation type).  Deposit is non-refundable. 


On or after 1/28/23,  registration deposit plus all payments due at that time.   Which includes $125 deposit plus 1/3 of balance all of which is non refundable.  First installment due on or before 1/31/23.  

You will receive an invoice for your remaining balance.

Current Pricing Options - Stay and Play (Competitive / Non-Competitive) - 

  • Stay and Play (Competitive /Recreational - Just For Fun Golf)  

  • Stay (No Golf) 




Stay and Play -

This rate applies to both competitive and non-competitive golf.  Your registration deposit will be applied to the total tournament cost.   We will invoice you for the remaining balance.  The final balance on or before March 28, 2023 (NO EXCEPTIONS).   Airfare and travel not included.    Invoices to be paid in full or split into two (3) payments if you choose.

Payment Schedule (with deposit):

  • January 8  or 15 - $125 deposit non refundable

  • January  31- Pay 1/3 of remaining balance

  • February 28 - Pay second third.

  • March 28 - Pay final/remaining balance (NO EXCEPTIONS).


Example Payment Schedule (after registration deadline)

  • February 1 -  If available Pay  deposit $125 plus 1/3 of total tournament entry fee (as non-refundable deposit).

  • February 28- Pay second payment  1/3.

  • March 28 remaining balance due (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Stay (No Golf) - 

Stay and be a part of all of the festivities except golf rounds.  We enjoy being around each other and great time is had by all.   A registration deposit is still required. Your registration deposit will be applied to the total cost. We will invoice you for the remaining balance. The final balance is due no later than March  28th, 2023 (NO EXCEPTIONS).   Airfare and travel not included.
