Mentorship Application
APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP
Applications will be accepted from January 1 until September 1 of each year for consideration of support in the next calendar year. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered.
The primary criteria used to select an applicant is playing ability, age, a financial need and personal recommendations.
ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

Be at least 18 years old.

Consistently score not more than 3 strokes over par on courses that are at least 6,200 yards.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Submit Electronic Application between January 1 and September 1.

Submit two (2) personal reference forms (one of which shall be from applicant’s coach/instructor) on or before September 1.

Both parts of the application must be received by the deadline, no exceptions.

Recipients must reapply each year for continued support.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Applicants will be notified when application is received. If you do not receive a notification, send an email to: Mentorship@SistersAcrossAmerica.com. Include your contact information such as an e-mail address, phone number and a best time to call. You will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours.
Applicant will be notified in writing regarding final selection and a signing ceremony with Sisters Across America will ensue.
