Thursday (October 21) - Arrival

• Check In begins at 4:00 PM 
  Hammock Beach will provide a shuttle to your resort condo at check-in, if needed.  The resort will store and transport your clubs to the appropriate golf course.

• Welcome Reception/Event Registration
  Where: Lodge Courtyard & Pool Deck  Serving Time:  6:00 - 8:00 PM
  Complimentary Food and Drinks 6:00-7:00 PM (SAA Members should wear all black attire)

Friday (October 22) - First Round

Location:  Conservatory Course (Must Use resort shuttle or car)

• Breakfast 6:00-8:00 AM
  Where: Conservatory Club House
    (Some Outdoor Dining Available)

Resort Shuttles available for transportation between course and resort areas.

• Tournament Round One, 8:30 AM Shotgun 

SAA Board Meeting 3:00 - Location TBD
  (All SAA Members are invited to attend)

Saturday (October 23) - Second Round

Location:  Ocean Course

• Breakfast 6:00-8:00 AM
  Where: Lodge Courtyard & Pool Deck

• Group Photo 8:20

• Tournament Round Two - 8:30 AM Shotgun

SAA Members please wear an SAA (preferably white) logo top with black bottoms

Saturday (October 23) - Awards Ceremony

Location:  South Tower Pool Deck
